How do I get access to the portal?
Our office will send you a secure invitation to your email address once your appointment has been scheduled. You do not need to create an account beforehand.
I didn't receive my invitation. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If it's not there, call our office at 210-354-1186 and we will resend the invitation right away.
What can I do in the patient portal?
Through MyIO you can complete and sign your intake forms electronically, review documents sent by our office, and manage your patient information — all securely from any device.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. MyIO by Valant is fully HIPAA-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal health information.

Are forms available in Spanish?
Spanish-language forms are available in office. Please let our team know when you call so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
